2. What data we process and why

a) Enquiry form: When you submit an enquiry, we process the data you provide (name, email address, travel dates, message content) solely to respond to your enquiry and process a possible booking. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via the consent checkbox).

b) Server log files: Our hosting provider automatically collects technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) to operate and secure the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Service providers (processors)

We use the following processors under data processing agreements: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and delivery, and the Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection service on the enquiry form to prevent spam and abuse; legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest); Resend (email delivery service, to transmit your enquiry). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, this is safeguarded by appropriate measures such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website uses only technically necessary cookies by default. Any non-essential cookies or analytics/marketing services are activated only after your explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to manage analytics and marketing services. Google Tag Manager is loaded only after you accept via the cookie banner and processes data solely on the basis of that consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer of this website; non-essential services will then no longer be used.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary to process your request or as required by legal retention periods.
