2. What data we process and why

a) Enquiry form: When you submit an enquiry, we process the data you provide (name, email address, travel dates, message content) solely to respond to your enquiry and process a possible booking. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via the consent checkbox).

b) Server log files: Our hosting provider automatically collects technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) to operate and secure the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Service providers (processors)

We use the following processors under data processing agreements: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and delivery); Resend (email delivery service, to transmit your enquiry). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, this is safeguarded by appropriate measures such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website uses only technically necessary cookies by default. Any non-essential cookies or analytics/marketing services are activated only after your explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary to process your request or as required by legal retention periods.
